These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 7cb platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, account registration, deposit and withdrawal operations, and promotional offers. Acceptance of Terms

Age Restriction & Eligibility

Age Verification: Any account found to be registered or operated by a person under the age of 18 will be immediately and permanently closed. In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy each of the following eligibility conditions to use the Platform:

Account Registration
Each individual may hold only one active account on the 7cb Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Any bonuses claimed through multiple accounts will be voided, and all accounts beyond the first verified account may be permanently closed.
3.1 Registration Information
When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact mobile number, and a valid email address. You undertake to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update your account details promptly if any information changes.
7cb reserves the right to verify the accuracy of any information provided during registration or at any subsequent point. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure.
3 .2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — will be treated as your responsibility unless you have notified 7cb of a security breach in writing at [email protected] prior to such activity occurring.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact our support team immediately. 7cb recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any additional security verification options available on the Platform. 7cb will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
3.3 Account Verification (KYC)
7cb operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other point deemed necessary by the compliance team. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension until the process is completed.
One Account Per Person: 7cb's systems actively monitor for duplicate account creation. If two or more accounts are detected belonging to the same individual (identified by device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or personal details), all accounts beyond the first verified account will be closed and any pending bonuses forfeited.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 7cb Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). 7cb supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary at any time based on operational or technical factors.
4.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer deposits may have a higher minimum threshold, details of which are shown in the cashier section of your account. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts are prohibited and may be reversed.
Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 7cb account within 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 hours during standard banking hours (09:00–17:00 BST, Sunday–Thursday). 7cb is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for mobile wallet methods. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit into the same account, subject to verification requirements. 7cb does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, credit cards, or payment methods not verified as belonging to the account holder.
Withdrawal processing times are as follows:
- bKash / Nagad: Within 5 minutes during 09:00–21:00 BST; up to 2 hours outside these hours.
- Rocket / Upay: Within 15 minutes during business hours; up to 4 hours at other times.
- Bank Transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank): Within 2 hours during standard banking hours; next business day otherwise.
7cb reserves the right to perform additional security and KYC checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified via the registered email address if additional documentation is required.
4.3 Currency and Fees
7cb does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 7cb accepts no liability. All accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 7cb does not currently support multi-currency accounts.
No Third-Party Payments: Under no circumstances may funds be deposited from or withdrawn to a payment method belonging to another person. Any such transaction detected will be reversed, the account suspended pending investigation, and any associated bonuses permanently voided.
Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus
New players are eligible for a welcome match bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is available to verified accounts making their first real-money deposit. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.3 Bonus Abuse
7cb reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if there is evidence that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent, colluding with other players, or exploiting technical errors in the Platform.

5.4 Expired Bonuses
All bonuses carry an expiry date or validity window as stated in the individual offer terms. Bonuses not activated or wagering requirements not completed within the validity period will expire and be removed from the player's account automatically. No compensation will be provided for expired bonuses.
Responsible Gaming

Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 7cb Platform. Zero Tolerance: 7cb operates a zero-tolerance policy for fraud, collusion, and money laundering. All accounts and transactions are monitored by automated systems and compliance staff. Suspicious activity will result in immediate account restriction without prior notice.
Account Closure & Termination

8.1 Closure by 7cb
7cb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Detection of fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity on the account.
- Failure to complete required identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable period.
- Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero balance.
- Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
- Determination that the account holder does not meet eligibility requirements (including age).
- Legal, regulatory, or compliance obligations that require restriction of access.
8.2 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. 7cb will attempt to notify the registered email address before any dormancy fee is applied. A monthly dormancy administration fee may be applied to accounts with a positive balance after the dormancy threshold is reached, as notified. The balance will not be reduced below zero as a result of dormancy fees.
8.3 Effect of Closure
Upon account closure — whether initiated by the player or by 7cb — you forfeit any pending bonuses, active free spins, and loyalty points. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the most recently verified withdrawal method on file, subject to completion of all outstanding KYC requirements. 7cb retains transaction and account data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from account closure or balance calculations must be submitted to [email protected] within 30 days of the closure date. Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered. 7cb aims to resolve all formal disputes within 14 business days of receipt.
These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on this website, constitute the entire agreement between you and 7cb with respect to your use of the Platform. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. 7cb's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms at any time does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
